All I can say to this is if we relied on the risk tolerance of traditional bankers to build america in the past we would be the size of puerto rico with the same economy, but because of innovative entrepreneurs and creative financing at all levels we have built a much different economy here in america.
I have rarely gone to a bank because a bank will only loan you money if you do not need it. Once the risk is all taken out by utilizing creative structures like this one then the banks want to wine and dine you. Banks are the 7 elevens of money, creative structures and private money should get the credit for real banking the way it was 50 years ago.
Not to worry there is plenty of money and true risk takers out there to do this very promptly imo.
