Well, the float on any stock is always 100% owned (by definition).
By float lock I meant that there are a number of folks here who see this the same way I do -- buy at 2-3 cents and hold for 15-30 cents (or for very long term). Some of the toughest-minded IHubbers I know are in this, and many of them hold 1/2 percent, 1 percent or 2+ percent of the float. It adds up to there not being a whole lot of shares in play for latecomers to buy.
OK, we just absorbed something like 20mm shares from Rain and followers. And that brought the PPS down. But I think that is done -- any remaining fencesitters from that group are probably going to be favorably impressed with EP's reply.
All it would take is one high-roller from Hollywood with $100k to invest, and I think we would soar.
