Two points:
Pacer docs carry 2 dates, a "filed date" and an "entry date". It's not at all unusual for there to be a delay from the time a motion is made and filed, for example, until the time it is entered into the Pacer system......most of the time it's just a day or two.

X just posted the following, which I see is no longer there:
"A deadline rolls over to the next day that Federal courts are open (Tuesday). This is the standard Federal practice."

He's probably right, but I honestly don't know if the requirement that the DOJ file formal charges isn't a hard 30 days....which would then logically apply to any extensions. Filing of forms may be less formally scheduled than formal charges. All guesswork from me.
