How are you getting on brutha? lol - I tell ya, if the outlying areas of Sacramento Ca. are any indication that the housing market is coming back, then trust me, another mini boom is coming in the housing sector. It's amazing how many developers have come in and are finishing up what was left behind a couple of years ago in these areas. Anyone driving on I-80 or up Hwy 65 will see it's booming right now. Big time! Don't let them tell you different. Give it some time and hopefully the rest of the nation will catch up.
