Per the filings, the 30 day period that the parties agreed to exclude from the DOJ's requirement to file formal charges within 30 days of arrest ended today. Which means, OBVIOUSLY, that the DOJ must file formal charges or the parties must agree to another extension TOMORROW. I am unable to conjure up an excuse for why I might have thought that it was today.

I also don't have any idea how the fact that tomorrow is a Saturday or that it's a holiday on Monday might affect the requirement.
