You've got to be kidding...

Our entire society has become so corrupt that not only are legal and moral not symbiotic, but also legal and enforced legal are 2 separate things. It's all a matter of who is in control, not if it's right or legal, especially in the grey areas... and it's hard to get greyer than the pinksheets and the financial world.

I'm sure the parties involved are being very careful to stay within the letter of the law so as not to jeopardize uplisting, because the big money will come after uplist. That doesn't mean things are all "good" and "benevolent", just legal.
