yes it is BUT they can only meet 1 of the 2 soo called conditions,the other cond. we cant meet..hmmm the Chief wonders if they just didnt read the 2 cond. or just thought the bank would miss one of them or maybe just maybe they ran outta fingers and toes when they got to the number 21 and said the heck with it were close enough right?
