The Short Interest has spiked up from Ma 28 to June 15--from 64,000 to 145,000 as of June 15. I would suspect that that short interest increase is due to the AMEX meeting coming up. If the financing is completed, as expected, in the next few days, then the reason for the short selling is over. Always nice to have the added Oomph of a short squeeze.
