Wally: I think most here know what is stated in the POR. Surely we have all at least read MC's blog and got his take on it. I think the thing that bothers them is that we expected our EC to come back with an alternate POR or at least negotiate us a better return. So far it looks like nothing is happening. We all hope that is not the case. There was a lot of talk in the last couple weeks regarding the EC lining up financing and pretty much having this all but worked out. While I have not read them all, I don't think that kind of stuff can be found in the court docs. Someone knows what was going on and was kind enough to share... or... BS us to lead us to believe something was being done when it wasn't. I am still betting the EC will come up with something better than we have now.


A lot of us rely on the message board becaus we have jobs, families and other responsibilities and are pretty time poor already. I guess we hope we can ride on the coattails of the ones that do this for a living. I know that I have most of the time. And to those that have shared your valuable information here, I thank you.
