All I have to say you are dead wrong and need to once again WAKE UP!

The debtors are disrespecting us, not the court..

Maybe you sit the next one out if you feel you can not behave yourself and sit on your hands.

THJMW is doing exactly what the EC has requested. The only reason she made the decision for an examiner against them, is because she thought they were all sharing info and being good little lawyers. Now she knows that is not true and will (IMO) appoint an examiner when it comes up again. She has already stated her position in the Disclosure Statement and POR.

Relax and let the process play out..
