That is my concern. From the PR about the funding delay, they now need to raise $1.7 million. It states they are doing that now. My thought is that they may say they have to raise the A/S and O/S briefly in order to raise this $1.7 million. Even if they are restricted shares given to a lender, this will not look good. Perhaps they are getting the $1.7 million without having to issue shares. Who knows? However, I don't know who would lend them this kind of money without stock.

We shall see.
