FSH, Possible Timeline..

After thinking about recent filings. I conclude..

THJMW asked Rosen "Why the rush?" I know know why..

Appeals court was stayed 30 days till May 25th.. For which 45 Days later THJS was going have an appeal hearing on 2 August..

Thus the rush.. July 8th is working 17 days prior to Aug 2nd.

The POS DS needed to be approved and POR confirmed prior to that hearing.

Now WMI/JPM/FDIC has received an extension to Halloween.

"Boo" now thats scary..

So, lets back up from those stayed dates and figure out the new plan of attack.. by EC and others..

Appeals Future dates: 31 Oct (Not done).. Appeals hearing would be planned 45 days later.. Mid Dec 2011..

Thus: Future amended V5(insert rev. #) POR must be confirmed by Mid Dec and V5(insert rev. #) DS must be approved 17 days prior.

Which back dates to the future 9 Nov 2010 omnibus.

IMO: EC, CC and Debtors will be submitting competing POR's.

Now looking forward to upcoming omnibus dates..

8 July 2010. This hearing looks about discovery..

My expectation @ 8 July.. hearing..

1. Is to understand if Debtors provided docs as outlined in the document that Debtors Proposed.. on June 17th..

Now to the next step.. EC Discovery..

2. I think EC may get Discovery of JPM (maybe FDIC) to determine value of assets transfered and further persue fraudulent conveyance counter claims..

3. It is possible that a BK trustee may come onboard to take over the debtors responsiblities. Debtors (Rosen) looses power and control.. Only because Exclusivity timeline has definately ran out..

4. Debtors get atty employed to battle EC Shareholder meeting Summary of Judgement.

My expectation @ 20 July.. hearing..

1. Is to understand if JPM agrees to discovery.. If not Examiner..

I think Shareholders will get its day in court.. Early August..

Now: EC has time to process debtors records and discovery documents.. And the time to do what the Debtors failed to do..
