He donated some $1.4 million to the Mineseeker Foundation. This talk about Dean raising the A/S doesn't make sense. If he did that the SP would sink to where it would be impractical to sell shares. Just keeping fingers crossed that Newby arranges the additional financing needed to close the Loan so Dean can get MS in the fold.
