QQQQ MaxPain, yes, I keep an eye on it very closely, but besides just looking at the actual MaxPain point, IMHO it's also (if not more) important to see which way the distribution skews to, as the market should go in the opposite direction of where the highest distribution is, i.e. the market should/will follow the path of least resistance.
therefore, both Feb and Mar QQQQ MaxPain distributions say we should rally.
that's my interpretation anyway (as I have not seen it discussed anywhere else), and the previous examples of MaxPain for QQQQs seem to confirm it.
