Yup. As I consider what is happening, I'm thinking they haven't gone the dilution route to raise those additional funds, and they know they can't go that route or it would be crippling to their plans. Another thing to consider is that the original funding through Chicago may still be available but they're trying to not use it because the new arrangement is on better terms if they can pull it off.
I've also heard that they have one other means of funding as a backup plan. I'm not concerned enough to sell at these levels, but the continued delays are a bummer. I do know that a bunch of the volume is longs trying to jockey for more shares or preserve their capital rather than just bailing. Let's see what the rest of the day brings.
