Actually the shares were used to give the B Green products more exposure, and I believe that those shares are restricted for a year, as I am now learning. You have seen this week the whole market turning negative, and people will switch their investments around when this happens. I believe that a large shareholder sold his position, possibly this holder could have been in from earlier days, when the stock was perhaps 1/3 of current value. Hard to tell, really..but things will be improving..you can never say day-to-day what it brings, but when the next round of #s come out, it should give you a better idea of where the company is headed.
