If only there were the will and power to shut this down when the filing became overdue and questions were being raised.
Serious questions.
In a perfect world:
Seems a simple court order, to examine the books, then, would have been enough for an asset freeze.
Saving a lot of assets, possibly tracking some down easier too.
Spongetechs assets.
As a stockholder, those were YOUR assets, BTW.
All that seems to have happened in the months since then,
is M&M grabbing and hiding as much as they could.
It's been shown that, since around the time of the Informal investigation, [Wow, that's a year ago !]
suppliers weren't being paid, looks like nobody was, and the Mutts looted Spongetech.
No better word for it.
Looted.
Where is the money?
That's what every shareholder should be asking.
The Mutts were probably planning how to hide the money,
way back when the scam was invented.
It's been well planned.............
I bet Moskey thinks he's smarter than the Feds.
I hope he proven wrong.
But, tracking down ill-gotten gains internationally, takes manpower.
If nobody pushes for it, the Feds might not bother to go deep enough.
If you are a stockholder, you should be writing letters, demanding to have the money flow traced.
These guys robbed you blind.
They are your enemy.
