My simple answer is the .0035 is a false bottom and once they get the buyers they will slam the door and people will not be able to unload the shares. So it could go to $1.00 but if no one will buy your shares what diff will it make.

Let me just say I am not saying this will occure but if play the pennies for a living like I do, you need to look at the hype deals from as many angles as you can and think through as options as you can.

I own a goodly amount of shares and I will hold and set a sell tomorrow above slone's price.
