Speculation on what "note" means in the 13D could mean what else in your professional opinion?

Leaving speculation aside and dealing with facts only... We've seen countless numbers of exchanges of "notes" among Lumb and his associates throughout the history of this company.

That's why the float is now 74 billion shares.
