If bad stuff happens to a company then investors will leave and return as they feel it's progressing; that's life. If Dean's goal is to keep people around then this is one sorry way to do it.
If I end up selling at some point because I lost faith and/or was screwed over by Dean (I'm not there yet) -- I wouldn't be back and I can say for fact that I would never recommend a company that screws around with its investors. The only reason I haven't told my friends about QASP, is Dean's inability to communicate in a timely and predictable manner and I'm getting really tired of this; Long or not.
