No it isnt. There will be no trustee atm - untill court says so - if you read all the pacer documents. They will enter chapter 11. No trustee - Dicon may still produce untill Spng brings forward all the missing documents so they can clearly show that the first case from the SEC with their ``so called witness`` was a complete farce. Spng has time untill 13/7/2010 to file and bring out new evidence to court.

So in short:
- Dicon may still continue to produce
- No trustee atm.
- Dicon will go in chapter 11, so they stay out of the hands of the SEC.

This is good news!
