I hope these letters are going to the criminal court so that the Judge throws down the harshest sentence possible against Metter and Moskowitz. Clearly they will do nothing to a Civil Court judge since none of these letters ever describe any way the company can operate at a profit in order to provide restitution to shareholders and without profit, only more shareholders will be sucked into the con.
