Yes, and people who drive below that limit should be given a ticket. Nothing worse than someone driving below the speed limit. (unless bad weather)

Ever drive from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale. You take your life in your own hands if you go less than the speedlimit. Heck they go 20 miles over the speed limit and you better keep up.
I drive it quite often. Minimun of 3 accidents each time I drive it. Some really bad. Motorcycles included.
