I understand. But the markets should look 6 months ahead and like what they see with Japan's new move. Remember that confidence is the main market mover. That could drive the markets much higher if they feel confident in this pro-reform. At least they could price in some kind of improvement for the next 6 months. And that will be good news for the global economy, especially if Japan can be fixed.
