After backing out one-time items it looks like UCIA earnings for the first half were flat year-over-year. Revenue is growing nicely due to the addition of new offices but it is going to take a bit for the new offices to meaningfully contribute to the bottom line.

TTM earnings are now roughly $0.26/share ignoring one-time items.

The balance sheet is starting to look really nice as well. The book value is now $1.86/share and there is cash of $0.38/share.

It is nice that they are now caught up on their filings.
