Quick Scenario: SHELL NO MORE...A newly formed company via reverse merger that has state-of-the-art hyperspectral technology which will revolutionize mining and exploration.

ABOUT Ekwan-X

Ekwan-X is a publicly traded company (Ticker: EKWX) formed to commercialize the use of Hyperspectral technology in the discovery and exploration of precious minerals worldwide. Ekwan-X has obtained exclusive rights from Ekwan Technology Corporation to commercialize assets and intellectual property of this innovative state-of-the-art technology for mineral exploration in certain geographical areas. This contract provides Ekwan-X with an exclusive use of Ekwan's Hyperspetral Technology in the large, high potential, mineralized desert areas of the Southwestern United States. Ekwan-X has further option to acquire licenses to explore other high potential mineralized areas on a worldwide basis with this innovative technology. The goal of Ekwan-X is to onitially target the Southwestern U.S. where there are still many high potential target areas that can be identified quickly and inexpensively, when compared to traditional exploration methods.

REVENUE Model

Ekwan-X's business model derives revenue from two sources. The first revenue source is derived from partnering with existing exploration companies to provide fast, cost effective identification, of high potential exploration sites. Ekwan-X will charge fees for providing the services as well as receive a royalty in the revenue of any derived mineral resources. The second revenue source will be established by developing high potential sites directly, or to establish joint ventures for the exploration of these ares. The second revenue source will leverage Ekwan-X's management which has 65 years of experience in the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources.

The TECHNOLOGY

Ekwan has developed its own Hyperspectral instrument, known as the EKWAN-I, which is a cost effective device capable of creating narraow swath images. Ekwan also designed a second instrument which has a much large swath and is more cost effective for large scale operations. This technology is to soon be used in the states of Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona. The technology was first developed for the military and later rendered for mineral exploration. With exception to large companies like Noranda/Falconbridge & Anglo/DeBeers, very few people in the mineral exploration field understand the significance of this state-of-the-art technology which the Canadian Institute Of Mining and Metallurgy referred to as "the start of a revolution".

The Significance Of HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGING

The Hyperspectral Imaging Technology can map the earth surface in great detail at great speeds. This airborne imagery could easily produce 5 to 10 mineralized targets in just 1 week; in contrast, conventional exploration techniques take 4-6 months to produce just 1 target of similar quality. Hperspectral Imaging targets have a higher probability of producing a significant mineral discovery. The maps produced can be used to identify discrete minerals, rock types, rock structures and lithologies. Alteration minerals and zones can be identified with great accuracy; the data can be integrated in G.I.S. systems to produce high probability targets of known mineralization.

Hyperspectral Imaging Technology uses light reflectance to identify minerals on the earth's surface. Every mineral has its own absorption rate, this can be measured by airborne sensors and stored, then compared to existing know absorption rates and thus minerals can be identified.
