FYI, we are now awaiting 2 key rulings: (1) IFX ruling, where the judge may throw RMBS' case out based on a claim of "spoliation" of evidence, and (2) FTC decision on appeal. There are some hints that RMBS and FTC may be in settlement discussions - specifically, the CEO resignation may be a tea leaf on that. Turnips have a 1 month view on the stock?
