I got caught in a triangle just like that last week, the guy was 6' 8 so you can imagine how long his legs were, thats a bitch to get out of, those tall dudes can really lock it it and man, did Werdum have a nasty lock in, nobody could escape that.

Fedor should have got out of there and stood up, that was not the time to finish the fight, Werdum was to fresh.. Damn I hate to see a loss like that.

I would HATE top be the next guy who fights Fedor lol OUCH!!
