They just put up a website to provide future communications on Wednesday. I can't imagine they did that to announce the deal on Monday (4 days later). So my guess is it will take a bit longer than Monday. Am I wrong in guessing that? (I hope so) :)

As we draw near to the final completion of the sale of our Gold interests and distribution of those proceeds through the payment of a single the extraordinary dividend, we will endeavor to keep you informed of material events through this shareholder letter and we will update the website to reflect the status of events as they unfold."
