Hey Knixx99,

You mentioned something that I had overlooked previously. Specifically, I had overlooked the fact that in the DIME 8-K, the warrants did carry an "exercise price," whereas in the WAMU 2008 8-K, they were treated as convertible issues--with not exercise price.
