Fwiw, even though being pink is not a good thing, it's not the end of the world. A lot of companies are pink, or went pink, cause they didn't want to spend the money on the onerous Sarbanes Oxley accounting/filing requirements, and decided to spend that money on more productive items. About a million dollars a year just to satisfy SOX goes a long way for a growing company......... don't get me wrong...... we're spending that much money to get us current with filings, so that's good.....and it's necessary to uplist to Nasdaq.....
