CDIV basically has nothing going on..IMO
STHG has income and businesses that bring in cash, as well as a real estate division that is currently buying properties.

This is a much better situation than CD*V

Read the press releases and and the financial forms on the pink sheets.. Educate yourself and you will know what you have here.

What I say..may or may not make sense... I would do my own DD and not take what I say as a buy or sell signal or advice..
