# of reasons. All would be speculation at this point.

Hope board members reply to your request. Otherwise, hold shares or sell like others are doing.

Much of this has to do with traders who believe the updates and others who do not. Or, shares could be available to sell and the seller(s) don't care at what price. Not everyone has an emotional interest in this company.
