Question anyone - SPWP spread?

I use E*Trade and they do not disclose a bid/ask for it?
Is there a website that discloses this information? I rarely trade pinks so I don't want to join a pay service. I realize if there is a free website it will be a delayed quote. I bid .01 today but didn't get any shares but I hate to bid blind. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
