Any guesses how long it will take to sell the current fuel already produced once they have the permit? 1 day? 3 days? A week? Perhaps 30 minutes?




What does the air permit have to do with selling fuel already produced? You mean it just sits there and they can't sell it? What happens if there are more delays with the air permit? The fuel will just continue to sit there? Please explain...
