Great DD man. I am personally soaking up shares here and a good bit at that. I personally think we are in heavy accumulation phase here. The fact that there has been $230K and an 8-k filed on announcement of LOI is my "key to glory" on this one lol. Do not see this kind of "put your money where your mouth is" much on LOI's especially not at these levels.
IMO people are so used to getting screwed on LOI's with stocks at this price that it is a natural instinct to sell after a few days of the initial release. The sad part is that this hinders these people from doing hard DD and trying to make sense of the deal.
