drrugby--That is good news that the appeal process is moving forward--the language does need to be changed

I have a question for you---this appeal doesn't preclude the Judge from appointing an Examiner whenever she wishes does it-----

And if she did, that fact wouldn't stop the progress toward settlement automatically would it----couldn't the settlement process move forward and if they reached an agreement the Judge could just release the Examiner from the case------TIA
