The last time they updated the Beneficial Holder registration and prospectus was just before and after the big run last fall (so dormant for last six months). You can see the filings and EFFECT notices in that chain. That specific filing chain goes back to 2008 for that group, just after the restructuring. In each offering round, I'm sure the Beneficials have sell targets on their shares. Note, the last run was to 7.6 cents. Alot of the shares by holders in the filing don't even exercise below 2.5 cents.

As I suggested last week, this may portend a "event coming" for them to get all their filings in order with SEC. (IMO)
