So Palm Springs still wants BEHL and now the story is that D.F. didn't have the money to start up there. Yet the spin is that D.F. lied to everyone because what? He's a compulsive liar and that's how he gets his ya yas? The land use is free in DVJ? Then Dennis Fisher is every millitary commanders dream logistics command officer and he is using the resources availiable to him at the least amount of cost to the shareholders and is not in fact recklessly throwing money around.
