i expect it happens between early July to late July, early august is the worse and late august is the worst case, only july to early august is acceptable time frame, since they can provide more info between both parties than other normal LOIs do, they should pretty much agreed most of things verbally when they signed LOI, anyway, it's not even one month passed from the date they signed LOI, why should we be panic now? we should only be afraid if there is no PR over 2 months, ofc, it can also happen any day from now on

Besides, no updated PR is a good thing, it proves that it's not a scam, if it's a scam, they sure want the pps goes up so they can sell shares at higher price to pocket themselves, how to drive up the pps? constantly releasing PRs, but they didn't, why? if it's a scam, they can just do it, since they already made a false 8-k to SEC assuming it's a scam, they already committed the law, why not releasing more news?
