Yes they did accept my money.
I have the cancelled check that has stated on it it's purpose.

The 2 forms I mentioned are the only forms for this transaction.
It was a cash purchase.
I know attorneys are use quite often but there is no term that I must employ one to buy property from Fannie Mae.

I was a liscensed real estate salesperson and rceived an A in College Business Law.

I do know about Specific Performance.
But in actuality in contract law they have no right at all to hold back their performance(Sending signed deed)
If they thought I did not provide them with a form that was important then they could have brought me to court.

Instead when that day comes it will come with punitive damages.

Gonna make a difference !
