Someone previously said Stalt had recently become gagged by the company, meaning that the company won't allow them to disclose updated share structure info. If so, it means the company is not transparent and has something to hide. Companies undergoing significant dilution sometimes gag their transfer agents from disclosing such crucial information.

If the TA won't give you an update, you could call company management directly, but they've already proven themselves to be dishonest.
