I put a large order in today at .0009 and it wasn't filled for almost an hour and then only a partial fill. This looks to me like MM's trying to keep this stock down with shorts. At these prices they can even cover some of their positions. Get ready for some kind of run. But it may be a small one with theses guys standing on it.
