IMO There´s no realistic reason, that TCLIF is going to explod next week. More push and hype here.
Don´t misanderstand me, I have also some millions of this stock for yaers, formerly SMTR.
But at June 19, 2009 the number of shares of SMTR common stock outstanding was 19.342.461.198. SMTR was in debt and ....
"On December 11, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its tire pressure monitoring system business (the “TPMS Business”), along with substantially all of its assets and certain of its liabilities (the “Asset Sale”), to Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (the “Buyer”)..."
Read the Quarterly Report of Smartire Systems, Form 10-Q, June 2009.
Why should be earnings of TCLIF higher than earnings of SMTR? The main business was sold. TCLIF was SMTR. Only the name of the Company changed from Smartire Systems Inc. to TTC Technology Corp. What´s now the business of TCLIF?
Why should be the pps of TCLIF higher than the pps of SMTR? The pps of SMTR was at least 0,0001.
Just my opinion.
I am happy to sold some shares now, because there was no volume in this stock for some time.
