Great Post....But, I think this baby is toasted....The M&M brothers took us for a ride. What I don't get, what was their end game? Eventually the fraud for over stating revenue would catch up to them and they would go to jail. I still don't believe 3B shares are outstanding. If M&M did sell them, where are those funds? I would love to see a count by brokerage house (etrade, etc), corps, and individuals to determine who owns these shares. I want to see all the legal cusip numbers, etc.. I feel the SEC should do this for the benefit of current shareholders...
