shouldn't us stakeholders of Expo Holdings share in the appreciation given to the company, after all it didn't cost them (JD) a dime..

philanthropy is wonderful, but when it's my money I would expect an opportunity to share in both decision and acknowledgement..

The intended use of such an EXPH management conveyance is only self promoting, wherein the historical precedence is appalling.

I worked for and was a SHAREHOLDER in a Fortune 500 company for 30 years. They never asked me as an employee or a SHAREHOLDER for my opinion on a charitable contribution but they did announce it in a monthly newsletter....MUST THEY BOAST THAT AWAY?

I am very proud of what the shareholders did. Good job guys. It was your money after all

As a very large shareholder of EXPH...."Thank You...I find it a very worthy cause..I wish others thought of the homeless children..

It was a great gesture by EXPH shareholders. Better to donate to a charity like that instead of to management's pockets.

On my visits seeing the Company Officers homes and cars, I have found no lavish spending by any of these officals. Being able to see the $$$ go into the building, inventory, salaries, employee issurance (that the government isn't paying for)and cost of shipping I have found personally not much could be left over for lavish Officer salaries as hinted too...

I know, I know, MM's are **blocking** buys or better yet ***washing***

EXACTLY....glad to see this....

I dont have a problem with it. It was a great gesture by EXPH shareholders.

Which is it, SHOULD THE COMPANY BOAST TO LET ITS SHAREHOLDERS KNOW WHAT THEIR COMPANY IS DOING IN THE COMMUNITY or DO NOT SHARE WHAT YOU AS A COMPANY ARE DOING WITH SOME OF YOUR REVENUES?....you just can not make this stuff up

I doubt that the buyers of literally 100's of millions of shares at 4/5/6/7 wanting to get out has nothing to do with the pps not going up..

Then why aren't they selling for 7 or even 6??? ...I mean isn't 25% plus worth unloading 100's of millions of shares????...just cannot make this stuff up...

EXPH comments are not newsworthy and only intended for spin in my opinion.

be transparent...don't be transparent...be transparent...don't be transparent...plus we know how website posts like this make the EXPH pps gap up 10,23,30,40,50,100 % plus.....NOT......you just can not make this stuff up...

A write off only matters if you actually make money. Expo isn't profitable.

Hope this helps.

It doesn't unless you are "privy" to the unpublished financials...you just can not make this stuff up...

sorry, just trying to remember a spade is a spade, that's all..

" Call a spade a spade " definitiion.. Speak frankly and bluntly, be explicit...I like that!

Here is a homework assignment since I am not as computer literate as many here.....

1. How many properties does EXPO own or lease?????
2. What is the status of the Import/Export business that was PR'd on 5/17?

Plus 1 math problem....

1. How many shareholders does it take to own 99% of the float if "IN FACT"...I am giving some the benefit of the doubt...
if....
JD........................ still owns about 125 million
Glenn......................still owns about 125 million
Karl.......................still owns about 140 million
Dad,Mom,Ganny and other family.. owns about 200 million
Owners of Southern Candle....... owns about 200 million
LandLord........................ owns about 160 million
A Friend of mine(family ownership.....about 177 million
and a reader of IHUB......
Myself + 8 shareholders...............about 410 million
(all attenders of the last SOR Meeting)

Got to call a spade a spade....that looks like 1,537,000 out of an O/S reported yesterday of 1.617.148.577 .....

So IMO...I see A VERY LARGE SHORT POSITION AND AND A VERY SMALL FLOAT POSITION....but hey that is just my opinion....but I like the way 4k verifies this for me each and every day with her tapes....just can not make this stuff up....
