Why can't the SEC sue the DTCC on behalf of BCIT shareholders... apparently they have the authority to go after any business they want...

Yup..they do..and it's clear they have no reason to go after the DTCC as the evidence points at absolutely NO wrong doing by the DTCC..but they did revoke TM's stock..imagine that. How many light bulbs have to go off??
