"Selling the patents was to take months not weeks..."

Absolutely no where can I find a single mention of that "fact". There was absolutely no mention of a time line at all where the patent sale was concerned. None. In the most detailed publication, the PR of February 2, 2010, there was not even a hint of a timeframe. The story is below (minus a couple encyclopedia's worth of Free Harbor disclaimers) with a link if you'd like to examine every word. Nor was there any definitive announcement of the "size" of the companies "deciding" to buy these patents. What the "infringing companies" have to do with extending a buying time frame into months or years is anyone's guess. That makes no sense at all. If there was money to be made by the "not...small companies" involved in this "heated bidding war", there would be a flurry of hyper-activity and bidding, not a bunch of weak lies and illiterate misleading dreck being spouted continually as the months stretch toward years to cover up the likelyhood that there is no interest at all. As I have stated all along, IMHO there is zero purchase interest as the patents have 1) not been infringed upon to the extent there is any chance whatsoever damages would be awarded and 2) no value at all to current technology outside of the extraordinarily bizarre and spooky confines of Dean Weber's warped mind. To continue to allege that these "patents" are in some kind of years long clandestine bidding war between huge VR companies in a desperate battle to control them at all costs is absolutely nothing but an obvious attempt to scam the naive and to retain the baffled while Whalehaven and Alpha wind down the entire remaining A/S for their $3.5M. The VR industry long ago passed One Voice and their patch program by and OVOE.PK technology is archaic and in no demand whatsoever. Nuance for one example is currently involved in a VR evolution working down their pipeline that will make MV and MCC look like a horse and buggy in comparison to the Starship Enterprise. To suggest that ONEV.PK patents hold any interest to them or any leader in the VR industry is absurd beyond the ability to classify it.

"(Market Wire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LA JOLLA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/02/10 -- One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: OVOE) Chairman and CEO Dean Weber today issued the following corporate update: "We are pleased to announce that we have engaged ICAP Ocean Tomo, LLC ("ICAP OT") to sell One Voice Technologies, Inc. patent portfolio relating to its voice recognition technologies for mobile devices among related applications. One Voice's patent portfolio includes 3 issued U.S. patents that have been cited by Google, Microsoft, Nuance, Intel, Matsushita, SAP Aktiengesellschaft, Phoenix Solutions, and VoiceBox Technologies, among others.

These patents are directed towards worldwide coverage focused on human to computer interaction using conversational speech as input to any computer, mobile device or internet-based object. These patents allow for the development of next generation smart computing devices where people use natural speech to control devices, voice search, and chat among related applications." "Given the prolific growth of wireless technologies and search applications, we believe One Voice's voice recognition technologies are critical to the evolving convergence of mobile devices and the Internet -- especially in areas of voice search," said Dean Becker of ICAP Ocean Tomo.

Dean Weber continued, "With this engagement, One Voice is selecting an industry leader with a successful track record for facilitating patent sale transactions. We look forward to working closely with the ICAP OT team to monetize this portfolio and have postponed any litigation pending the outcome of the potential sale. Further, as part of any potential transaction, One Voice will require a license back on its patents so we may continue our business uninterrupted with current and future customers. As a pioneer in voice search technologies, we feel that as worldwide mobile device sales increase, the need for effective search and navigation using hands-free voice input is critical for ease of use and safety concerns. We believe a sale of our technologies in this space will help realize undervalued intellectual property assets while furthering our operational and strategic business growth objectives.

For further information regarding this portfolio please contact Evan Anderson at 312-327-4429 or at evan.anderson@us.icap.com.

I will keep the shareholders updated as events occur and I would like to thank you for your continued support of One Voice."
