I use to own a place right on lost river in Woodstock, NH which bordered the National Forest. We were right near Clark's Trading Post and their black bears. They put on a great show.

Sold it when the kids spent all weekends playing sports and we had no time and I didn't want to rent it out. It really is nice up there.
