SG: If you think a hypothetical V-Group buyout, if that ever happens at all, is going to skyrocket the price if HFBG, think again. First, why on earth would V-Group allow the price to escalate if they desire to buy it out? V-Group would naturally wish the price of HFBG as low as possible. Protege Debt Con serves V-Group very well. The convertible bonds keep the price down while adding money to HFBG/V-Group coffers.

More than this, I suspect that V-Group is Protege Debt Con. That way V-Group would profit handsomely two ways 1) by shorting HFBG and covering with converted shares and 2) selling its converted shares into market. What better way to make lots of money while keeping the price of the target company very low. The trick is to keep the novice market and sundry marks buying. That provides the sustained liquidity Protege (V-Group?) needs to maximize its gains.

These are only my opinions and sentiments, not an endorsement to buy or sell anything. Buying stocks is risky; you could lose all of your investment. Always do your DD.

Buying gold won't save your soul, but it could save your skin one day.
